40 Day Rewire

Friends, we realize if we have decades of
 disordered eating, we are going to need more daily, safe, and good enough experiences that
show our brain and body that present and normative eating is not a threat.

• Know what they need to do, but freeze when it comes down to eating and slowing down.
• Want resources to put into practice
• Want to stop scrolling and live life
• Want day-to-day mental support to follow through with goals
• Advocacy support for doctor visits
• Co-regulation via audio, video, or text
• Meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking support
• Clarification on what truly led to eating
  versus pseudo-dieting versus rebellion eating
• A great space to pick one area of desired change and FOCUS! 

• Nutrition counseling or meal plans designed to manipulate weight or outcomes
• Therapy
• Medical advice
• A space to process deep or unresolved trauma
• Emergency or crisis support

1. You sign up.
2. You’ll complete a brief intake
   You’ll be asked questions about your goals, your commitments, and what kind of support will best help you follow through.
3. Daily check-in availability
   • Messages are checked and responded to 1–3 times per day, Monday–Friday
   • Limited weekend support is available Saturday and Sunday (once per day)
4. Messaging guidelines
   • One message at a time will be answered
   • Short messages are typically responded to the same day
   • More complex questions may take up to 24–48 hours
5. Investment
   • $500 for the 40-Day Re-Wire
   • That’s approximately $12.50 per day for daily guidance, regulation, and support
